What is AdWords Wrapper?
AdWords Wrapper is a free time saving keyword tool that wraps keyword phrases in "quotation marks" (phrase match) and [square brackets] (exact match) for use in Google AdWords campaigns. Duplicates are automatically removed, and the list is sorted in character code order. Options include change to lowercase, remove bids, and remove URLs.

If you are experienced with Google AdWords, you should know that you can change keyword matching options to better target ads. If you're unsure, visit the Keyword Matching Options section in Google for more information on keyword matching.
What Does the Google AdWords Wrapper Do?
Simply enter a list of keyword phrases and the Google AdWords Wrapper will turn it into 4 separate lists; a combination of Broad, Phrase and Exact Match, a combination of Phrase and Exact Match, Phrase Match only, and Exact Match only.
|
For example, if you enter:
|
adwords
google advertising
|
| | It produces:
|
Broad, Phrase & Exact Match
adwords
google advertising
"adwords"
"google advertising"
[adwords]
[google advertising]
|
|
Phrase & Exact Match
"adwords"
"google advertising"
[adwords]
[google advertising]
|
|
Phrase Match
"adwords"
"google advertising"
|
|

|
|
You then copy and paste the lists you want into Google AdWords, a text file, Excel spreadsheet, etc.

Notes:
- AdWords Wrapper typically only takes about one second to process a thousand lines of keywords. I recommend entering a maximum of 4-5,000 lines of keywords.
- Please note that the Google AdWords Wrapper does NOT find keywords related to the keywords you enter. It merely reformats the keywords you enter for AdWords matching options.
- Google AdWords Wrapper displays the number of keyword phrases and gives a warning if you exceed the limit of 2,000 keyword phrases per Ad Group accepted by Google AdWords.
- Privavcy Concerns: I respect your privacy. As such, AdWords Wrapper does NOT collect or store any of the data entered into the forms or generated via the use of the Google AdWords Wrapper tool. The data you enter is only used to generate the keyword lists and is immediately discarded after the keyword lists have been created.
